“FUN IN THE SUN SWEEPSTAKES” OFFICIAL RULES
No Purchase Necessary.  Void where prohibited.
Sweepstakes open to all Ohio residents who are 21 years of age or older. 

1.  To enter, complete an official entry form available at a participating location or hand print your name, address, zip code, age, day and evening telephone numbers, and provide your signature (your signature certifies that you are 21 years of age or older and have complied with all of the Official Rules of this sweepstakes) on a 3" x 5" card and mail your entry to "Fun in the Sun Sweepstakes" P.O. Box 597, Sheboygan, WI 53082.
2.  One entry per person per visit.  Entries must be submitted by August 8, 2008. 
No mechanically reproduced or photocopied entries permitted.  Neither the sponsor
nor any of its agencies are responsible for illegible, lost, late, damaged, incomplete, postage-due or misdirected mail or entries.  All materials submitted become the property of Anheuser-Busch, Inc. and none will be returned.
3.  Winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received.  The drawing is to be held on or around August 10, 2008.  All judges’ decisions are final in all matters relating to this sweepstakes.  Winner will be notified by telephone or mail. Winner may not substitute or transfer prize but sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize with a prize of equal or greater value.
4.  All prizes will be awarded.  Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received.  Winner will be required to claim prize within 7 days of notification.  Winner may also be required to complete, sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability and publicity release within 7 days of prize notification.  In the event of noncompliance within this time period, prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected.  Any prize notification or prize returned to the sponsor or its agencies as undeliverable will result in disqualification and the awarding of that prize to an alternate.
5.  Sweepstakes is open to all Ohio residents 21 years of age or older, except employees and their immediate families of Anheuser-Busch, Inc. their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, wholesalers and individual retail licensees.  This sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law and is subject to federal, state and local regulations. Taxes, if any, are the responsibility of individual winner. 
6.  By accepting a prize, winner agrees to release and hold sponsors harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind resulting from acceptance, possession or use of any prize, including without limitation, personal injuries, death and property damage.  By participating in this sweepstakes, participants agree to be bound by all the Official Rules of this sweepstakes. Acceptance of prize offered constitutes permission to use winners’ names, biographical information and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and promotion without further compensation. 
7.  Prize Details: One (1) Grand Prize “Fun in the Sun Sweepstakes” winner will receive one $5,000 certificate to All Ohio Motorsports.  Estimated Retail Value of grand prize $5,000.  One (1) First Prize “Fun in the Sun Sweepstakes” winner will receive one $250 gas card.  Estimated Retail Value of first prize $250.  Estimated Retail Value of all prizes $5,250. 
8. For an official winners list, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: “Fun in the Sun Sweepstakes” Winners, PO Box 715, Sheboygan, WI 53082 by August 15, 2008.
